Ministry Objectives

This ministry is designed to guard the anointing, educate God's people, aggressively confront, assault and destroy every evil, demonic assignment the enemy attempts to form or establish against Continual Outpouring International Ministries, the ministry leaders and/or covenant partners. The "Demon Busters" Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance Ministry divides and conquers every evil force that is intended to oppose, hinder, or even delay the manifestation of God's plan for His people and His perfect will in the earth. This ministry's teachings empower our covenant partners to receive true deliverance from any influence whatsoever, of the devil in every area of their lives.

The purpose of this ministry is to equip C. O. I. M. with strategic efforts that are focused solely on tearing down demonic strongholds, rejecting and renouncing all wicked workings of witchcraft, and spirits of divination, idol worshiping, greed, violent rage, and jealousy. "Demon Busters" are the ones who cast out unclean spirits and ensure that the people of God go free spiritually! This ministry also teaches believers how to resist the temptation to be blindly bound by ungodly pride, arrogance, gluttony, rebellion, vanity, deception or lust and sexual perversion.

The ministry leader must fulfill the following criteria:

Ø  Must be an active partner of C. O. I. M.

Ø  Must know the vision, the core beliefs of the ministry, and the culture of the entire ministry as a whole.

Ø  Must complete 20-week leadership training.

Ø  Must be consistent in attendance to weekly Bible Study and Sunday Worship services.

Ø  Must communicate well with the leaders and covenant partners of C. O. I. M.

Ø  Must be faithful in intercession, fasting, studying, spiritual warfare and deliverance.

Ø  Must be effective in teaching and training all others who serve and assist in this ministry.

Ø  Must be extremely knowledgeable and capable of teaching the congregation on how demonic activity

Influences or affects humans in the spirit realm.

Ø  Must be consistent in fasting and praying concerning the advancement of the ministry vision, our covering, our leaders, and for the people.

Ø  Must have a passion for casting out devils and engaging in spiritual warfare on behalf of others.

Ø  Must be effective in praying with people who are requesting prayer for deliverance at all times.

Ø  Must be a faithful tither and supporter of the ministry and its beliefs.

Ø  Must be able to identify when a person is bound by a demonic stronghold and discern when he/she is free.

Ø  Must create training materials for partners within the ministry and other churches in the community.

Ø  Must be willing and available to travel whenever the ministry leaders have ministry engagements at other ministries.

Ø  Must be an example to others in word, life, and deed.
