Pastor Carlos E. Sims
Pastor Carlos Sims is pastor and founder of Continual Outpouring
International Ministries, Inc. He is formerly the Pastor of
Manifestation Wisdom Center, Inc. Although he wasn't ordained as a pastor under Manifestations Worldwide until May 2006, he has
been active in the ministry of God's Word for over 18 years. He
desires to utilize his God given ability to "rightly divide the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15) in such a simplified manner that even a young child can understand and apply it to his/her life.Pastor Sims has
held several ministerial positions from Minister of Music for the NC Jurisdiction of Church of the Living God International, to former
pastor of Ambassadors for Christ CLGI in Jacksonville, NC. Pastor
Sims served as the praise and worship leader for The Center for
Manifestation until being released, by Apostle Mark T. Jones, to
pastor Manifestation Wisdom Center Church in St. Petersburg,
Florida on September 11, 2006. His first Sunday service was held
on September 17, 2006.Known primarily for his ability to preach
and teach the gospel as well as lead the people of God into the
presence of God through worship, Pastor Sims is determined to
usher the presence of God into the community that God has
assigned him to. Addicted to worship, praise, and God's revelation, Pastor Sims is always anticipating the next prophetic move of God.
As a man of great vision, he consistently trains, mentors, develops and pours into others the vision God has
given him. He teaches with strong conviction the necessity of the full operation of the five-fold ministry along with all of the nine spiritual gifts and the fruit of God's spirit for the full manifestation of all of God's promises to His people.
He places a lot of emphasis on the importance of us as believers living a life that attracts sinners to the many
benefits of walking with God. Pastor Sims mentors men and boys through Continual Outpouring International Ministries. He teaches them the importance of being men of valor, providers, Godly husbands and fathers. His
gentle, loving approach to most common issues is unusually effective and sets the ideal example of what the
love of God is.
Pastor Sims is also a firm believer in further education on all levels. He obtained an A. A. in
Biblical Studies at the Tampa Bay Bible College in 2003, an A. A. in General Education at St. Pete College in
2007 and has started earning his B. A. in Religion at St. Pete College. He is happily married to Prophetess Lynne Sims (a.k.a. The Only Lady!), and is the proud father of three children.
As a husband and father, Pastor Sims invests a tremendous amount of time, energy and effort into
strengthening families through Marriage, Family, and Relationship counseling. He is the Author of the marriage enrichment workbook, “The Husband’s Handbook” and the Producer, Singer, Co-Songwriter on the Love Songs for Married Couples CD entitled “This Sexy Love Experience!” He and his wife,
Prophetess Lynne Sims are known nationwide as the “Marriage Mechanics” and they nurture marriages by
conducting Marriage Fortifying Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, Pre and Post-Marital Counseling Sessions, Boot Camps and Couple’s Date Nights on a monthly basis.Although Pastor Sims
does have a very busy schedule, he freely lends his God given talents and abilities upon request for the
