The Help Meet Women’s Mentorship Ministry

 

Ministry Objective

 “The Help Meet” Women's Development Ministry is a ministry that God birthed through Prophetess Sims with the purpose to mold women to become virtuous and holy in the sight of God. She currently leads this ministry with passion and a burden for the deliverance and total restoration of every 

woman affiliated with it on any level. This ministry deals with the issues that women face day-to-day in their walk with Christ. These are women who are searching for and are seeking PERFECTION according to God’s expectations and not man’s! 

The ministry head(s) must fill the following criteria: 

• Must be saved.

• Must be a covenant partner with C. O. I. M.

• Must be a faithful tither and supporter of the ministry and its beliefs.

• Must be subject to the pastor of C. O. I. M.

• Must be an example to others in word, life, and deed.

• Must have a passion and a burden for the deliverance of hurting women of all races.

• Must be apt to teach and develop others to minister in women’s development

• Must be able to conduct workshops, training sessions, and conferences for the development of women.

• Must be able to create pamphlets and other training materials to assist in developing women's ministries in our partner churches/ministries. 

• Must be able to teach simple strategies that will empower women in parenting and in being successful wives.

• Must be able to teach Unmarried women how to effectively prepare for the ministry of marriage.  

• Must complete the 12-month Ministers Training Class

It is extremely important that every woman understands who she is in God. At Continual Outpouring, we believe that all women have a divine 

purpose in God’s perfect plan. Women are helpers, relationship builders, divine intercessors, teachers, givers of life, household and family engineers, teachers of God's laws to their children, and nurturers who have been tailored and made to fit the needs of the man God has ordained them to serve with in the ministry of marriage. Without women most men wouldn’t be able to accomplish their God given assignments. Women are very important 

to God and His vision upon the earth. In the Help Meet Ministry every woman learns how to effectively do what God has called her to do. 

We teach them how to work through strained relationships or prepare for the ministry of marriage in the spirit and in the natural. They learn how to balance a checkbook and manage the financial resources of their households. The women are also taught effective ways to manage their time, 

energy, and resources. Through biblical teachings, Godly morals are established and growth becomes a constant part of life. God prophetically 

encourages and motivates most women while His revelation enlightens and transforms others. The end result we release our faith for is always 

consistent prayer and intercession, fasting, humility, ongoing discipleship of others, increased faith, love and kindness and overall prosperity. The 

Help Meet Ministry is simply a vehicle through which God equips and empowers women to go forward and carry out the assignments He has given 

them. This is done only when we allow the Lord to bring healing, encouragement, restoration and rejuvenated hope in every woman.
