Our cause is simple. God assigned us to Win Souls, Change Lives, and Meet the Needs of His People. We minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip His people to walk in Godly wisdom through preaching, teaching, loving all men unconditionally, and meeting the 

spiritual and tangible needs of His people. By His power, we manifest positive change in the earth one life at a time. You’ll soon

that you, along with everyone else who is connected, will receive whole - man deliverance, healing, and total restoration in every 

facet of your life. It is our fullest intention and we are committed to assisting you in every way possible to move progressively 

towards your God given destiny.

You have connected to a growing army of prayer warriors, intercessors, prophets, and intense worshippers who are extremely 

focused on meeting the needs of others and addicted to being used by God! We are planters and builders. This Apostolic and 

Prophetic ministry has been empowered by God to spread the gospel and touch lives across the globe! As you read the vision booklet, you will see that the vision God has given us is vast but attainable. In order to complete our assignment in the earth each ministry must be productive and effective! We believe the condition of our community is our responsibility and we have to do all that we can 

to manifest positive, permanent change in the lives of God’s people.

It's important to us that you know that our first priority is you and the other covenant partners in the Continual Outpouring family. 

Charity begins at home. If you need help with parenting, relationship counseling, budgeting, food, clothes, or finding a job please let us know right away. We can help you with these things right away. My wife and I both have an open door policy and we make 

ourselves available for our partners as needed. It is imperative that you understand your value and your worth. Know that as a 

Covenant Partner and a citizen of the Kingdom of God (Rom. 8:13–18), you also have rights and privileges that come with being a citizen. In other words, you matter! You’re important to God and us. You definitely have an invaluable part to play in the advancement of this ministry, its vision, and the Kingdom of God by changing 

the world one life at a time.

Also, we're very concerned about your overall development. As you know, the ministry is growing at a very rapid pace and demands on our time for counseling and meetings has increased tremendously. However, we take much pride in the fact that my wife and I 

invest a great deal of time getting to know each of our covenant partners intimately and we make sure they have the opportunity to get to know us intimately as well. We've either spent time at their homes or they've spent time at ours. We want to establish the 

same relationship with you while time still permits our availability. So please don't hesitate to schedule our first meeting immediately.

It is our belief that without unity and oneness there can be no true consistent move of God. In an effort to make sure all covenant 

partners are with one accord I ask that you complete the 8-week "New Covenant Partner Orientation" and learn every facet of the 

vision and our ministry beliefs. I believe that it is difficult to accomplish a goal or fulfill a vision if you don't know what the goal is or 

understand what is expected of you.
