Ministry Objective
This ministry is designed to provide an excellent listening and viewing experience for everyone who attends or visits any service or event at C. O. I. M. in person or via the Internet.
The ministry head will be responsible for:

Video and audio record all services and external ministry assignments for Pastor & Prophetess Sims

Make sure all microphones and cameras are updated and working properly at all times

Ensure that microphone batteries are changed and cameras are charged as needed.

Safely set up equipment and conceal cords and wires to avoid any trip hazards for partners and visitors.

Maintaining, purchasing, and replacing all audio and visual equipment.

Tape, CD, and DVD Reproduction.
-
Bookstore products and sales.
-
E-Commerce orders and sales of all merchandise.
-
Web site management and maintenance.
-
Weekly profit/loss reports.
-
Inventory reports.
-
Training of volunteers to work in various areas of this ministry.

Maintaining and operating within a monthly budget.
The SAV ministry makes it possible for C. O. I. M. to successfully create, duplicate, and distribute copies of all messages and events captured via video or audio recording. All SAV ministry participants must be willing to arrive at least 30-minutes early for every service or special event to test batteries and levels for all sound and audio equipment.
The ministry head(s) must fill the following criteria:

Must be saved.

Must be a covenant partner with C. O. I. M.

Must be a faithful tither and supporter of the ministry and its beliefs.

Must be subject to the pastor of C. O. I. M.
-
Must be an example to others in word, life, and deed.

Must be apt to teach and develop others to minister in this field.

Must be affluent in video editing software.

Must be able to give presentations to others.

Must be experienced in audio and visual techniques
-
Must stay knowledgeable and informed of new technology that would enhance the ministry.
All participants in this ministry report to the ministry leader. Unless previously excused by Pastor Sims, each participant in this ministry is expected to attend and serve during all regularly scheduled services and any major event or special occasion such as weddings, conferences, funerals, retreats,
concerts etc.
