The Wisdom Institute Education and Leadership Training Ministry

 

Ministry Objectives

This ministry is set up to educate and train people for ministry and leadership in the Body of Christ. Its primary purpose is to raise up men and 

women of God that lead God’s people into their destiny. The ministry will be set up as a 1-4 year course that will cover a number of vital subjects 

such as:

• Eschatology

• Five-fold Ministry Gifts and Operations.

• Basic Biblical Doctrines.

• How to Study the Scriptures.

• Christ like Leadership

• Baptism, Marriage, and Funerals

• World Religion

• Licensing and Ordination of Ministry Leaders 

• Fasting, Prayer, and Tithing 

• The fruit of the Spirit

• The Dynamics of Praise and Worship

• Church Administration

And many more!! 

We will also invite special guest teachers from other ministries within the International Covenant Fellowship (ICF) as well as other churches. This 

ministry will be open to the other ministries within the ICF for free! Covenant partners who come from churches that are not a part of ICF are also 

welcome to attend for a small fee.

Pastor Carlos E. Sims will preside over the developmental process of this ministry. The standards and rules that govern this particular ministry will be biblically based and Spirit-led.

All those who wish to attend these sessions who are not affiliated with ICF must have a written release from their pastor/overseer! This is to ensure

 that the ministry is not held liable for anything that is taught to their members, which might contradict their beliefs, without their knowledge or 

consent. We understand that they (non-ICF pastors and leaders) are held accountable for their flock and we don’t want to do or say anything that might cause dissention in their ministries. Therefore, the release will be mandatory for all non-ICF attendees of The Wisdom Institute.

Everyone who teaches a class within the ministry will be selected based on several factors:

Must be saved.

• Must be an example to others in word, life, and deed.

• Must be apt to teach and develop others in ministry.

• Must have a degree in some form of ministry.

• Must be able to answer questions related to any course or curriculum he/she is teaching.

• Must provide everything he/she will be teaching in writing at least 1-month in advance to Pastor Sims.

• Must be released to teach in the institute by Pastor Carlos Sims and/or the other Pastors/Overseers of churches in covenant with the ICF.

 

This ministry will also help individuals who have dropped out of high school in getting their G. E. D. and enroll into college.
